Wash with Ruth's Soaps for 60 days. If you are not happy, email us at [email protected] and we will refund you in full — even if the bar is half gone.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will tell you what to do next. You do not need to send the product back. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or missing packages

If something arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you.
